Laura Moran's Pasta Making Class at 15887 Grassland Lane, #4622. Our third pasta-making class was a huge success, so we decided to do another one on Wednesday, October 25th, from 6 pm to 7 pm. - It will be a one-hour class. - Laura will provide the ingredients, and you will use her pasta machine and drying racks. You will be given all the ingredients and shown step-by-step how to make pasta from scratch. You will leave her home with your freshly made pasta to go home and cook. Yields 4 healthy servings of pasta. - We will have wine and charcuterie so you can sip, learn, and make pasta. - You will need to consider what you will serve with your noodles for dinner that evening (they can simply be buttered noodles or served with marinara or olive oil, garlic, or a cream sauce, with protein and/or vegetables; ANYTHING you would normally serve with noodles! - Before leaving for the class, fill a large pot ¾ full with water and extra salt to be ready for when you return home (or someone can turn it on to start boiling as you drive home) - If you have a Roulpat or baking mat, please feel free to bring it for your dough. - Once home, bring the pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles, set a timer for 7 minutes, and stir often; taste a small noodle for doneness and cook a bit longer if needed, based on preference - Strain the noodles and toss them with your ingredients
