Baby and Me Yoga (0-2 years of age) Cypress Lodge (indoor/outdoor area) Tuesday, October 10th, 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM Cost: $10.00 (just parent, no extra cost for baby) Class Description: 45-minute practice consists of various movements and breathing exercises, with the baby participating as extra weight/resistance for the caretaker. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
